ഉച്ചവെയിലിന്‍ പട്ടു മെത്തയില്‍ മദ്രാസ്‌
നഗരവീധിയില്‍ അലഞ്ഞു തിരിയവേ
കൊടുംചൂടിന്‍ ചുംബനത്താല്‍
നേര്‍ മഴ പോലെ വിയര്‍പ്പുതുള്ളികള്‍ പൊടിയും നേരം
മന്ദമാരുതന്‍ തന്‍ ലാളനത്തെ കൊതിച്ചു പോയ നേരം
തീപാറും വേനലില്‍
കണ്ണേതാ ദൂരത്തിലെ വസന്തവും തേടി
വെയിലിനോട് പട പൊരുതി വീണ പൂവിതള്‍
പോലെ എന്‍ മനം ആ മധുരസ്മരണകളെ മാടി വിളിച്ചു

വാതിലുകള്‍ പലതുണ്ട്
മുട്ടി തുറന്നാല്‍ എന്താക്കും എന്നറിയില്ല
വാതിലിനു പിന്നില്‍ സുന്ദരിയോ അതോ ഭൂതമോ ?
മനസിനുള്ളിലെ തിരമാലകള്‍ എന്നെനോനടങ്ങി ശാന്തമാക്കും
ഈ അവസ്ഥയെ എന്ത് വിളിക്കും എന്നറിയില്ല
പലതും കൈവിട്ടുപോക്കും മുന്നേ എത്തി പിടിക്കാനുള്ള
വെപ്രാളമോ ആതോ താല്കാലികമായ ഒരു ഭ്രാന്തോ ??

ദിശയറിയാതെ തുഴയുന്ന തോണിയിലെ
ഒന്നുമറിയാത്ത പിഞ്ചു ബാലനന്നു തോന്നിപോകുമാ നിമിഷം
നല്ലൊരു നാളെയ്ക്കായി ഈന്നു ബാലികഴിപ്പികുന്ന വിദ്ടിയന്നെനു തോന്നിപോകുന്നു

ഈനലകളിലെ നന്മയോ ആതോ
നാളെയെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള വേദനകളോ
അതോ പരാജയങ്ങളെ ഭയപെടുന്ന
ഭീരുത്വമോ എനധന്നറിയില്ല
ഉത്കണ്ടാകളുടെ മഹാകൊടുമൂടി ഏറുകയാണ്
എന്‍ ചിന്ധകല്‍

ഒന്ന് നാം നിനയ്ക്കും
മറ്റൊന്ന് സംഭവിക്കുമാ ലോകത്തില്‍
ഭാവിയുടെ രൂപരേഖ യാചിക്കുന്ന
ഒരു ഭിക്ഷുകി അല്ലെ ജീവിതം ??....

Buttering .....the ultimate tool in coorporate world

Buttering alias olipikal alias soapidal alias......
I was wondering who invented this technique,I strongly believe the concept was put forward by narada who used to praise deventhra and krishna.But those are for good intention not for personal purposes

Then comes the original versions
the poets riting poems praising the king and getting the rewards...
Now the Buttering continues to high technologies

As a person who has seen the buttering techniques from my fellow colleques there are several methods of buttering

1. Praising the the superior like "Your decison is very good ,sir" eventhough the decision is a bullshit decision
2. Projecting the colleques badly so that he can project as a good member like "that fellow is not at all following the standards,even am correcting his work also"
3. Oversmartness in work Its like Projecting someones work as his work and grab the credit
and telling the negative things about you in front of superior

there are many other ways to do it but mostly i have come across these things only

But now i identify buttering plays an important role in the corporate life
If a person who can talks bullshit and butter nicely he can come up very nicely than a regular normal foolish worker.
Its the human nature that we like buttering
so buttering is a talent that is given to few a**ho*S
So we can start an international organisation for buttering in which we will conduct certificate courses in buttering for the students who are going to join the corporate world after colleges

Anyway am also trying to learn some buttering from some of my fellow colleques
At last Its all about "VAYATTIPIZHAPPU"or "survival".

I Want a Change....

I thought i was busy with my life.
But its really its due to the Laziness and Addiction to some other unrevelable things
I need a change.Other wise i will be out of my control
